The Building Safe Cities video served as a central piece of a wider campaign designed to elevate public awareness and inspire community participation. I played a leading creative role across all stages of production ensuring that the video not only stood on its own but also amplified the campaign’s reach and effectiveness.

The project began with concept development, where I helped define the video’s message and tone in alignment with the campaign’s goals. I took the lead on narrative development, crafting a storyline that would resonate emotionally while clearly communicating the value of urban safety and resident involvement.

I translated this narrative into detailed storyboards and visual design, building a visual framework that guided production and maintained consistency with the campaign’s branding. As lead video editor, I brought all elements together refining footage, shaping the story arc, and enhancing transitions to ensure strong viewer engagement.

To further elevate the emotional and narrative tone, I composed and produced an original music score, integrating it with visuals and voiceover to strengthen the message and unify the piece with the broader campaign aesthetic.

Throughout the process, I worked in close collaboration with municipal representatives to ensure the final deliverable was aligned with both the campaign’s communication strategy and the city’s public safety goals.
